Kicking off the summer right: Jungle Bird Cocktails


1 1/2 ounces dark rum
3/4 ounce Campari
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce simple
1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled.
Strain over ice into a tiki mug or a rocks glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
